I use this for inflammation control, as I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. I mix a small amount into my teas, and it absolutely helps the stiffness. I also sometimes put it in fabric tea bags and steep in water that’s come to a rolling boil for at least ten minutes. It definitely requires a lot of honey this way, but it’s effectiveness is just as good, if not better than it is taken dry mixed with tea… I definitely recommend trying this, if you have chronic inflammation.
